PG&E CLOSE CALL REPORTING

IBEW Local 1245 and PG&E are piloting a Close Call Reporting Program in the Electric Transmission/Substation Maintenance & Construction (TSM&C) Department, effective through October 2011. (View the Letter Agreement at www.ibew1245.com/news-PGE/LA_10-42_11-23-10.pdf)

The company will not take positive discipline action on human errors reported through the Close Call Program if there are no injuries, equipment damage, customer impact or violation of PG&E values.
