BOGUS "PUBLIC NOTICE"

An item appearing in several northern California newspapers on July 19 purports to be a "public notice" concerning a class action lawsuit against PG&E by PG&E employees and retirees. But its title and language clearly show it is not a formal Legal Notice for purpose of an actual lawsuit by PG&E employees and retirees against the company.

IBEW Local 1245 has no knowledge of who is promoting this so-called class action lawsuit and sees no substance or merit to the writer's claims.
