PG&E Contract Index

When a grievance is resolved at the upper levels of the grievance procedure, it sets a precedent for future interpretations of the PG&E contract. The Contract Section Index lists all relevant PG&E grievance documents (Review Committee decisions, Pre-Review Committee decisions, Letter Agreements, Arbitrations) for each section of the contract.

There are two ways to search the index to find the names of the documents you need.

1) Enter a word (such as overtime or meals) in the search panel above. You will be taken to a list of links to various parts of the Contract Section Index where your search term is mentioned. As you check out these links, write down the names of documents that are of interest to you (for example: RC 1104).

2) The second way to search the index is to scroll through the list of contract sections below, find the section you’re interested in and click the icon. You will be taken to a list of decision documents relating to that section of the contract. Write down the documents that are of interest to you (for example: RC 1104).

Now you are ready to proceed to PG&E Contract Documents, where you will find a complete list of Review Committee and Pre-Review Committee decisions in alphabetical order. Scroll down this list until you find the document you're looking for. (Note: Arbitration Decisions and Letters of Agreement will be added to this list of PG&E Contract Documents during 2010, as we get them scanned.)
