PG&E Contract Library

The PG&E Contract Library is an electronic file of more than 8,000 documents compiled and maintained by Local 1245. These documents can be used for contract interpretation in connection with grievances or simply to clarify members' rights in the workplace. These documents, which date back to the early 1950s, include Letter Agreements, Pre-Review Committee decisions, Review Committee decisions, Arbitration decisions, and selected correspondence between the company and the union. The list is updated every few weeks.

If you know the name of the document you are searching for, you can simply look it up using the ALPHABETICAL LIST, which contains links to every document listed.

If you want to conduct a search for all documents dealing with a particular section of the contract, your best approach is to use the CONTRACT SECTION INDEX, which gives a brief description of (and a link to) each document.
