Pursuant to Sections 205.19 and 206.12, employees impacted (consolidation of Reg. Gas Control Operator & Gas Supply Coordinator) will be offered the VSI (Appn. 1) of the Severance Program (LA 93-42).  Forty-five days after offering VSI, impacted emps. will receive a list of 25 total Gas System Operator vacancies in San Jose and Brentwood and a list of their displacement options under the reg. provisions of Title 206.  In addition, impacted emps. who accept a GSO vacancy shall receive a special allowance ($2,000 or $3,000).  Further they may be eligible to receive up to $2400 in relocation benefits.  See also 204.4, 205.19, 206.8 and 206.12.
